Advanced search improvements

New features & improvements

The advanced search field 'Acknowledgments' now covers both the 'Funding' as well as the 'Acknowledgments' sections of a publication.

Fixes

• Aligned Altmetric badge styles across publications and clinical trials

• Fixed an issue with the grants details pages where the linkout to the external source was missing in some cases

• Fixed an issue where the publication titles in the weekly email alert sometimes included HTML code

• Fixed an issue in the mobile version of researcher details page where it was missing padding between some of the sections
