NEW - Author order filter

We have added a new filter for author order in the app which allows users to limit their queries to first author, last author, or both first and last authors on publications.

Improved - Flagged organization lists

We have updated and distinguished two separate USNDAA lists - 1260H and 1286. These lists will allow users more granularity when searching.

Updated - User Guide

To better reflect significant changes to the app and to provide users with additional guidance and best practice recommendations, we have updated our in-app User Guide.
