Update of research categories and FCR

Fields of Research (ANZSRC 2020)

The Fields of Research (FoR) classification has been updated to a new version. The new version is based on the revised ANZSRC 2020 system and better reflects current research and improves coverage, coherence, and consistency across the classification. Due to structural changes of the new FoR version, saved searches and groups that include FoR filters will need to be recreated. The Field Citation Ration (FCR) indicator is also updated to a new version using FoR ANZSRC 2020 for field normalization.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) categories have been updated to a new classifier version with significantly improved coverage – around 77% more publications with at least one SDG code.
